I have Paint Shop Pro. It lets you resize by percent, inches or centimeters. The photo from my camera was 49 inches before I reduced it. Is 8 inches small enough?
Does anyone know how to do this in Picasa????
DS showed me a super easy way to resize. Maybe it is of use to some of you.

No iPad here, but it's been discussed many times, here's one tip pasted from a previous post:
For pictures to show up on QB the right way, you take the picture with the iPad horizontal not vertical. It puts the picture in your camera roll. You open a new thread, type in your text and click on the tiny paper clip to manage attachments. The little box will come up and you choose from existing, click on the picture from your camera roll, click upload, click submit and voila!
