    Go to Settings - on the right, click Edit Profile Picture.

    If you want a picture to show by your name on posts, then that is your avatar. Change it under Edit Avatar in Settings.

    BTW, you have to be logged in. Just stating obvious.

    Why won't it work for me? I go to upload a picture from my computer and it fails every time.

    Avatar pictures have to be VERY small...I think 168 x 168 pixels. If you don't know how to resize, please send me a PM and I'll help you with it.

    Correction to my last post....avatar pictures need to be 120 x 120 pixels or less.
