QB Community Rules?

There used to be a thread on QB community rules. I noticed there's something listed under Announcements, but when I click on the link, it's empty. Is it still there and I just can't see it??

try clicking on the top blue or bottom dark menu on the word Help. The community rules are listed there. sorry, i don't know how to help you on your 'blank announcements'
