trouble uploading

Trying to upload picture and its keeps tellong me upload failed any ideas why?

Size is usually the problem. Can you check the size on your camera or tablet or computer?

TRYING TO USE THE ped BASIC
I HAVE LOADED THE SOFTWARE BUT CAN NOT SEEM TO LOAD ANY OF THE DESIGNS ONTO THE CARD
IT HAVE THEM SENT AS A PES DESIGN AND I HAVE THE CORRECT SIZE FOR MY HOOP

Cindi, is design in zipped folder? Will have to open before "Basic" can read. Have you chosen the correct hoop size ion the Basic page? I often miss that. Had Basic for years--can I help you?
