I'm so glad there is a birthday exemption. I managed to get a one yard piece that is FMQ'ing sampler. The other 3 pieces were for the grandma's flower garden. Hopefully these are the last fabrics I will need for that one.

Wow 10 months...that's admirable....you deserve getting some new fabrics for a new project. I'd love to see your crumb quilt progress...

I'm glad there is a BD exemption ...i'm a July baby...and my 2 girls giggled over the Fancy Fox pattern and wanted me to make it. But alas, I have no modern fabrics, so I bought some. The kids are shocked I will quilt something out of my comfort zone. But gosh, it felt good to buy something ., even though I justified it by saying it was something THEY wanted. Am I living in denial? I confess, I am a fabricaholic, and I almost made it a year. Now, back to the crumbs.

What is wrong with me??? I went to the sewing machine store to pick up some feet and bobbins for my backup machine. She is going to live at my BFF's house for a while so I need to keep a 1/4" and open toe foot for my machine here. They had a 34% sale today on account of their 34th anniversary in town. Walked by the fabric aisle and this green jumped out at me. HAD to buy some. When I bent down to pick up my purse, I had a good laugh. The green fabric I bought was almost identical to my skirt. No wonder it jumped out at me. AND, I plan to use it on a round robin I am working on.

So, it's for a specific project. In which case, not a fall off the wagon! Good for you Martina!... I'm feeling very virtuous, even though it is still my birthday month, I did not purchase all the lovely fabric that I put in my Craftsy cart-- ....

Good Job rryder!

I'm feeling good too. I'm passing on some fabric left over from the garden constellation quilt for a matching bag and bear for the charity group. It's a great quilt.
