Wow Gladdie, hope things dry up fast. Consider yourself lucky; My son. Kyrk, has been fighting forest fires since Mid-February. Pretty wet here in Mapleton, too. Fire dandeger just went up to moderate, usually there by July.

Thanks everyone for the well-wishes and prayers! Hubby is back at work today, but "cautiously" - kind of with the understanding that if he starts feeling bad again, he can come home early.

He did go to the Urgent Care center and got some meds, so that has been part of his recovery. He was feeling well enough to help with the livestock.

So far so good for myself, no symptoms so far.

Too funny.

Congrats, Silliness. One way to get a UFO done sooner is to shrink the size. Toot, Toot!

I have two more in the works. I am hoping to have at least one done by the end of the month.

Hmmm...now they're yours but they are "new" to you, aren't they? If you plan to finish them but then don't, they become a UFO. We're fairly loose with the UFO definition but brand new to you doesn't feel like a UFO to me. But you are the one who determines what is, and what is not, a UFO.

Nice one, Rryder! Congratulations on another UFO finish. Toot, Toot! I like your block layout.

It's called Koyaanisqatsi, named after a film from the 80's.

Productive 24 hours...I pieced a denim/khaki postcard type quilt 40 x 56 and a pieced backing..now to scrounge around for backing to piece...just finished spray basting an on point 72 x 84 half square triangle/snowball quilt...setting triangles, backing, and 2 borders from stash...going to let it stay on the floor over night, then in the morning use Elmer's along the outer border to really hold the layers together...not sure how I'm going to quilt it...Will mull on it overnight..going to get the binding made then call it a day...not sure if I can get this to be an August finish, but I will get it done....
