These collections of thread bobbins are wonderful. So easy to take on the go.

Mojo - They are great for applique as they have so many colours! Wonder when they will do the same kind of thing for their silk threads.

Block #1 block #2 and block #5 ...have to put block 2 on hold as I am awaiting perfect circles templates as it seems I am incapable of making them - not happy with those circles and more circles to come !

Will be watching for your update on the circle templates. I've been considering getting them too.

Kindle: Beautiful. Love watching these blocks emerge.

Enlarged all the blocks yesterday, now to get started. Been practicing the satin stitch on scraps, some shapes are okay, some not so much. It's going to be a real hair tearer if I do a passable job, then get to the last shape and goof up. Well one thing is for sure, if I never try I will never get better.

Emma, I know how you feel - had to do a bit of practice myself. I know it will be sometime before I do applique again once I get this one done!

Picked up a set of "perfect Circles" while in the Twin Cities today. I was told that they really do make perfect circles, so I'm looking forward to trying them soon.
