I suppose yes it could of been worse. Maybe that's why we havent been back in so long.. Im worried the next time it will be worse. LOL Dublb DH is a serious Dallas Cowboy Fan and yes he hates Jerry Jones! Last season I don't know how many times I thought he was going to cry as he watched Dallas play some REALLY bad games. Oh well, lol its a good thing there is an off season.

Working on the DP9 again today. I feel like a woman on a mission with this quilt top. I am so in love with the mixture of fabrics I pulled from my stash. It's like the evolution of a masterpiece I don't want to let go of. My fingers are itching to get back to sewing this morning so I will say ttyl.

Have a Great Day all.. And Safe Travels to our Ladies in the RV's

Jenniky ... yes, some fabrics just grab hold of you, and you just can't let go of it! Another seam, another block ... just got to keep at it to see how it looks! Have a FUN day in the great chilly a/c!

Oh wow, ladies, your doing awesome work. Some purty quilts here. I think I'll mosey back to the begining and drool a little more at all the inspiration. I hope it's ok to post a couple teeny R*W*B quilts. The twister is handmade by me and the star is handmade by Kaseycatz for the July 2012 DQ swap.

Great quilts and made during the right time, too.

Planning to start another one? We seem to do multiples here. I'll be starting another one in a month or two, when life slows down a bit.

[h=1]Speaking of U S patriotism, you may want to consider joining us at Quilts for Rosie - Weekly Paper Pieced Sampler Quilt Along beginning September 3, 2012. [/h][h=1][/h][h=1][/h]
We will be using Quilts for Rosie - Paper Piecing Patterns from the '40s published by Kansas City Star Books. The 1940's Paper Pieced Sampler Quilt consisting of 20 paper pieced blocks that can be made in 4" or 10" blocks.

Judith1005 ... a couple of cute mini's ... Here's hoping you did stroll thru the earlier pages, and now have lots of inspiration for a new patriotic project!

PatriciaFaye ... thanks for the extra invitation. I believe that some of us from this thread have already found Rosie (and yes, I haven't decided for sure yet!). Perhaps you would join us here and do a new patriotic project with us!
