This technique is a bit harder to work with because you're working with larger chunks of sandwiches but is still do-able.

I'm only posting this now to show that you can use different techniques to complete the quilt. Besides, I'm quite proud of this quilt since it's 95% made from scraps and not cut-down fabrics. The only fabric I had to buy was the border.
Wow this is beautiful! I am not sure how you joined the blocks?

I believe UFOs are like scraps, ferns and dust bunnies. Once you get two, they send spores out into the air and more just happen anywhere the spores meet.

Isn't this the truth???????????!!!!!!!!!!!

Default I finished mine. Completely. It's done!

Here it is. A truly "orphaned" blocks challenge. I did make them into larger 16" blocks first by adding scraps around them, then trimming them wonky.

Here is a link to the blog where you can see one ongoing project (368 blocks project) and a recently completed project using QAYG, a wallhanging.

I am also thinking about locating a UFO project I started a couple of years ago, where I didnt know ANYTHING about QAYG and kind of got lost. This would be a great thread to share that with!
Jenniky...THANKS so much for this thread. I'm just on page four so I will continue to read.

And this blog is AMAZING
