I finished 2 preemie quilts last week and they are from my stash. I recently moved and joined a new quilting guild in BC. I arrived just in time to participate in the February green challenge, this was to only use stash materials. So when I donate the quilts they will go for donation, plus it qualifies for this challenge as well as the quilt challenge. So I have killed 3 birds with one stone lol

Well..it looks like I'll have to see if I can manage the time. We found a puppy in the corridor of the building. She's really cute but only about 3 months old. It looks like I will be spending alot of my time training. I only have about 10 blocks left of last year's quilt but I just can't seem to get the time. I'm always running after her as she runs away with a shoe in her mouth.

Not buying more fabric will be easy as it's not cheap for the first year of a dogs life.

I completed a lap quilt yesterday, entirely from my stash, and you can't tell anything is missing. Regarding scrap piles, I keep my scraps in one of the largest Rubermaid tubs, and it's running over.
Betty Ruth:
"It's running over???"....you have only 1 Rubbermaide scrap tub ? Poor girl, you are scrap deficient and need to get busy .....I have 15 tubs in my sewing room full of scraps and I love every thread! I know, I know, there is probably some mental illness associated with 15 tubs of scraps but I won't tell if you won't!

I love this challenge and hope I can make one - can I borrow one of your 15 tubs? Does size matter? Ha Ha!
