I have some extra fabric that I had nothing I had planned to do with so I jumped on a quilting along thread and I really like it! I'm glad I'm finally doing something with that fabric!!

I don't have major stash of fabric though I'm trying to fight the urge to buy lots of fabric

createfourpaws,
WELCOME! It's pretty unstructured. We'd love to see photos of your efforts -- and the stash you're trying to bust!

Default Inspiration

Braided Bag made from Stash

Triple Four-Patch

Grandma's Garden (if you're insane)

Cheerios (nice use of colorful scraps with black and white)

Today I took one yard out of the house in the form of a winter themed cafe curtain for a fellow teacher's hallway window. Tomorrow I'm taking a half yard out, another little mitten themed curtain for the staff room window. Little by little, I'm finally getting some projects done. Yay!

Getting sashing done on a set of swap blocks from a couple years ago. Both sashing and cornerstones are from my stash. So even though it is coming out a bit darker than I intended I'm glad to be making headway on finishing up the stack of UFOs.

Default This is what stash busting looks like in its infancy

I have been cleaning out stash making projects, cutting fabric for new projects and finishing up UFOs. Of course, in the middle of this, I decide to go through the quilting books, check on available fleece and get out muslin and pieces of cut up batting for FMQ (I will let you know about that another time). Thought it would give you a chuckle if you haven't had one today.

Your "mess" is so neat! Maybe it's because it is just in infancy!

Think I need you to come help me reorganize my stash.

My lil helper has been through again and besides getting fabric out from the original stacks he managed to knock my cutting table off its cement blocks that raise it to more comfortable cutting height. Of course I had stacks of pieces I was cutting for a project which are now all over everywhere. Maybe I need to get off here and go try to figure out what's what in there. Lol!
