That reminds me - somewhere I have a Millennium cross stitch sampler, barely started. It'll probably need a figure 3 on it before I get to it....

ugh, I so need to do this. I'd like to be counted in, and we'll see what we can accomplish.

I have a friend who uses water in a spray bottle to remove the paper. I use the handle of a steel crochet hook along the seams with the project on a mouse pad. Run the handle along the seam line, it helps the separation along the seam lines.

Been reading everyone's comments. Glad I'm not in this UFO boat alone. I finished one more small project for 2011, brings total to 18! I have been organizing and cleaning my sewing areas, all ready to get to work. I have the 1st three all stacked up to work on. One only needs the border quilted and the binding. The other two are QAYG BOMs that I have been working on all year. They need to be sewn together and bound. Hope to get these three projects done in January. That's if I get Christmas stuff put up be the 1st. Do you hate storing all you Christmas things as much as I do? Ready, Set, GO...Good luck everyone!

OK. You definitely have more UFO's than I do. Thanks for making me feel better!

I have a LOT of UFO's. I am in. Got some done last year but not as many as I wanted to. Finished some and started some. Most of what I started did get finished though. (At last count I had over 100.) I know, I know. We moved a couple of times and they got put away then I do tops at my mom's while I am taking care of her. But there is not enough space to pin and quilt. She lives 250 miles away. Then I am home such a short time I don't get to quilt for very long.

2012 looks like it's going to be a great year for doing up those UFOs for all of us!! What a great group we have joined in already. WOW! I have fewer than many of you, but I'm slower than most of you so it all works out, LOL.
Hugggggs and smiles to all my fellow UFOers as January rapidly approaches! My first 4 UFO's will be a quilt for an ex-Marine, a t-shirt quilt for a local radio announcer, a black, white and purple quilt for my DGS and a kaleidascope table topper.
3 new projects for this year will be our 40th Anniversary quilt for my DH, a black, gray and green quilt for another DGS and my 3rd Awareness Ribbon Quilt.
