This is my Hamburger Soup as I make it...
Brown 1 pound of Hamburger....
Then add the following in the pot
2 cans of pettie diced tomatoes
4 cans of beef broth
one frozen bag of soup veggies ( mixed is fine too )
half head of cabbage diced.
half onion diced
couple stalks of celery
2 tablespoons of parsley
1 tablespoon of crushed basil
just let it simmer
then add 2/3 cup of

A lb of boneless skinless chicken (I use 2 breasts). A large thing (16 oz?) of Fat Free Sour Cream. One can of Fat Free Cream of Mushroom soup and one package of dry Lipton Onion Soup Mix. Mix those three together, pour it over the chicken (frozen or thawed, doesn't matter) put it on low. When you're ready to eat, open it up, shred the chicken or cube it. Serve over rice or noodles.
