    This is for a 1 ½ lb. loaf

    Mash 1 overripe banana in a 1 cup measuring cup. Finish filling with crushed pineapple.

    1 egg
    1/4 cup of milk
    ½ tsp. of salt
    1/3 cup of sugar
    ½ cup of potato flakes
    3 cups of bread flour
    4 tbsp. margarine
    1 ½ tsp. quick yeast

    Quilt in a day? You bet! I'm making bus quilts now for a boy's choir who travels some distances to jigs, and often has to be there early to practice (with an orchestra or other groups) and needs "down" time to rest up for the evening performance.
