I recently asked for some info on a quilting machine.........now I am really in a pickle. I have found two machines, that I am comparing to each other, the Esante (BabyLoc embroidery and sewing) and the Janome Horizon. I already have a Janome and like it very much, but with FMQ it has just a standard size throat and I am tired of fighting my quilts to get them through the opening. Now, I know with the Esante, embroidery is a big plus (throat size is 9") and the Horizon is 11". I guess

I have been asked to make a bed quilt using fur. I have 2 long mink coats, different colors each; a black/brown short curley lamb fur, and another medium dark long hair fur to use. I need a design idea that would not include small pieces, but be attractive using larger pieces. Please suggest any ideas. The back will be just tacked to the front, I think. No batting probably. Jan
