HOW TO USE THE FREE MOTION (DARNING) FOOT
You will need a machine for free-motion quilting that has the capability of dropping the feed dogs (the little teeth that pull the fabric through the machine). Some machines come with a small plate that clips on the needle plate to cover the feed dogs. If your machine doesn't drop the feed dogs or have a cover plate, you can improvise with a business card. Punch a small hole in the center of the business card and tape it over the feed dogs

Pink. 1 x 61/2 square White 2 x 3 1/2" squares, 2 x 3 1/2 x 6 1/2" rectangles, Black 2x 3 1/2" squares, 2 x 3 1/2" x 6 1/2" rectangles for each block! I then did thin sashing (1" Final border is 3 1/2". I intend to bind it in the pink!!(When it gets quilted)
stitch small squares together and attach either side of pink square
stitch rectangles together on short sides and attach to top and bottom of pink square
