Taste of Home, Gooseberry, Better Homes and Gardens. . . lots of fantastic cookbooks from the last 10 years, most annual recipes book, award winning books, etc. I had a wonderful little Hospice lady pass away. We often talked "recipes" and she had a wonderful collection of books. Tonight her niece caretaker brought me 49 cookbooks. I told her I can't accept gifts, so she finally accepted $20. Most of the books are unopened, not a one of them have splatters from use. Talk about the Golden Gooses Egg - it's Christmas for me tonight. Not only will I enjoy them, it will be a Christmas gift for my daughter. I'm still in awe from this awesome collection!

Too many cookbooks for the shelf!

What a deal. Two of my all time favorite cake recipes are in the TOH 1999 annual book.
Carrot Sheet Cake (11 x 17) pg. 192
Coconut Cake Supreme pg. 243
Enjoy!

Good hint. I'll make them for work this week! If I feed the staff they seem to be much happier. . .

May you smile, and remember her fondly each time you use the recipe books! (I use my Taste of Home annuals regularly!) She sounds like a wonderful woman
