Apple Cider Gravy

Serves 8

2 cup apple cider
2 cup chicken stock
1 tablespoons flour
1 tablespoons butter -- melted
1/2 cup sun-dried cranberries

Simmer apple cider until reduced by half. Add chicken stock. Bring to
boil. Stir in mixture of flour and butter. Simmer and stir until
smooth. Add cranberries. Let plump in hot liquid.

Makes 8 servings.
