Pumpkin Cake

1 box angel food cake mix
1-15 oz. can pumpkin
1 t. pumpkin pie spice
1 C. water

Mix the dry angel food cake mix with the remaining ingredients. Pour into a greased 9x13 pan. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes. This cake is delicious and it is a treat for anyone watching their weight. It is very low in fat.

Going to try this for our potluck Harvest supper the end of this month. Your recipe I did for the welcome back potluck was well received in June!
