4 1 in. porkchops (8 Lamb chops works to )
1 can of cream of mushroom soup ( or your fav. cream of soup )N0 WATER YET
1/4 cup of water
Brown meat in dutch oven or large frying pan. add in onoins & ceriley cook until tender ( about 2 min. ) add cream of soup & water and stir until mixed well add the veg. cover and simmer on very low heat of 1 hr.
