I bought one for me and my DIL. Not so crazy about it. But then cooking, baking is not my favorite to do. Maybe when Olivia gets older it will be more fun.

I have one too. I am still not sure about it. It seems like a lot of standing, watching, cooling, etc. I was really tired after making a batch. The cake balls were terrific, but I still have to work on the frosting/glaze/icing. Some slid down on the sticks and my icing ran down too. Many folks use a baked cake, crumble, add frosting and roll into balls. They are more "solid", rather than "light". Anyway, I was frustrated and have switched back to regular cakes after attending a Wilton Cake Decorating Class this spring. Yes, it is still lots of work, but the results are prettier.
