    1 to 1 1/2 lb. hamburger 1 c. diced celery
2 tsp chili powder 16 oz, stewed tomatoes
1/2 tsp pepper 1 can tomato soup
    1/2 c diced onion 1 tube biscuits
15 oz chili beans crushed cracker crumbs(ritz)
Brown hamburger, then add everything BUT biscuits and crushed crumbs. Put into
a 4 quart casserole (spray with Pam) dish. Crush 3/4 cup of ritz crackers, roll biscuits
in crumbs then put biscuits on top of chili mixture.
Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes covered. Last 5 - 10 minutes uncover to brown more
I cut back chili powder to 1 tsp - Very hearty meal.
