Default Bananas Foster Monkey Bread

1 Loaf frozen Bread Dough
4T Cinnamon
1/2 C Sugar
3/4 C Brown Sugar
Stick Butter
2 Ripe Bananas
Walnuts, coarsely chopped

Thaw bread dough according to directions and let rise about halfway. Cut into "bite" size peices.
Place sugar and half of the cinnamon in a zip lock bag. Place the bread dough chunks in bag and shake until coated (you may need to do this in small batches). Place coated bread dough in a bread pan that has been coated with non-stick spray.

When all of the bread dough is coated and in the pan, cut the bananas into small chunks and spread over the top. Repeat with walnuts if desired.

In a saucepan, melt the butter and mix in the brown sugar until smooth. Pour evenly over the top of the bread/bananas. Tap the dish on the counter lightly to help it settle.

Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 30 minutes.
