Default Beautiful Blondies

Just found this recipe and we have already eaten about half the pan.

Blonde Brownies
2 C Bisquick (or similar mix)
2 1/3 brownn sugar
4 eggs
2 C chopped pecans or nut of your choice

Mix first two ingredients. Mix in eggs and nuts. Pour into greased 9 x 13 pan and bake at 350' for 30 minutes.

I let it cool in the pan. I also use parchment paper so it is easier to just lift the whole pan of brownies and doesn't require greasing the pan. Enjoy. This recipe is dangerously easy.

I was wondering about the sugar measurement too.

This is the second time I have made it and is it supposed to stay gooey in the middle with a firm crust on top? Even after completely cooling the middle is still goody. Tastes very good but awfully sticky in the center!

I double checked my recipe and that was the right amount of sugar. They did come out a bit soft in the center but it set up when they cooled a bit, of course at my house they were nibbling at the edges while they were still warm.

These sound so yummy! I think I might try to make them to take to our Midnight Madness Quilting tomorrow.

I did make them for last night and the only drawback was that I didn't even have any brownies left! Lol They were sooo yummy and everyone gobbled them up.
