I love these, make sure you don't overcook them if you want that soft chewy texture.
i use maple extract instead of vanilla. And add raisins if you like them.

The ingredients are exactly like my Mom's and they are fantastic!!! I put raisins in mine for the kids and me and a batch with raisins and nuts for DH.

I like the ratings, for instance, I was looking for oatmeal cookies and these jumped right out at me with the 5 stars and all the ratings. Knew they had to be good.

Can anyone help. I tried to register for the recipe site but it wouldnt take my post code which is 5108 and says invalid format. It does have Australia and New Zealand on the list of countries so i dont understand. Help me please!!

did you go to the bottom of the page and click on Aust. & NZ?
