I found this recipe and just had to try it since this is autumn and everything is about apples. Made it for our bible study last night and it was gone in about 10 minutes and there was a lot more food on the table than this.
2-8oz. pkgs. cream cheese
1/2 cut powder sugar
large container of caramel apple dip
1 bag heath toffee chips, in the baking dept.
Green apples cored and sliced
Soften cream cheese and beat with sugar til fluffy.
spread this out on a platter.
Take a large container of caramel apple dip and pour over cream cheese. Top with toffee chips. Put apple slices around the rim, spoon in the middle of platter and away you go.
I had 6 people here, men and women and we went through 7 large Granny Smith apples.
