I love red velvet cake but sure is a lot of trouble. Will give this one a try. I have a chocolate cake recipe that uses sauerkraut & it fools people too - so moist but you can't tell what the "secret" ingredient is.
I'm going to Paducah in the morning but if anyone wants the recipe, reply & I'll post when I get back. Thanks for sharing.
