Looking for the PB cookie recipe that has very few ingredients-------maybe just PB, sugar and egg?-----and no flour. Am dying to try it made with Nutella instead of PB but I let my daughter have a bunch of cookbooks a few years ago and I think she got the one with this recipe. I know it's popular and very easy.... can anybody help????? Thanks in advance!

1 cup sugar
1 cup peanut butter
1 egg
325 oven for 15-20 min

If you don't want as much sugar I made mine with 3/4 cup and I baked mine at 350 for around 8 minutes.

chocolate chips are really good in these also.

CraftyBear that recipe came just in the nick of time. I was going to make some cookies for my DH who's been in Vermont working with FEMA for a month and a half and this is perfect, fast and easy, thanks.

I can see you found a recipe that fits the request, but I just wanted to share a discovery I made years ago, that got the attention of a chief cook on an aircraft carrier, and is now served by the USN. When I used make peanut butter cookies, I never ate them, because I do not like dry, crisp, cookies. As I was making them one day, I decided to see what would happen if I added an extra egg to the mixture. I did, and did the whole recipe as stated otherwise. It made a soft, brownie like texture. Now, I love peanut butter cookies, as long as I make them. I encourage you all to try it, although I don't think I would try it in the above recipe. (It is too carefully balanced)
