Chocolate Chip Cheese Ball

Chocolate Chip Cheese Ball

8 oz. cream cheeese 3/4 c confection sugar
1/2 c. butter 1 T. brown sugar
1/4 tsp vanilla 3/4 c. mini chocolate chips
3/4 c pecans

Blend all ingredients together. (Reserve 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips for garnish)
Chill for a couple of hours..Serve with fresh fruit, ginger snaps or graham crackers.

This is great for get togethers for games and such

Here's a spin on this you might want to try.

Melt the chocolate and add to the mixture. Yes it'll make it chocolatey ...... and you'll keep everyone in suspense as to what it is.

With the pecans added in, many will think it's chocolate fudge .... and not cheese!

Thank you. I fix a lot of snacks like this for company and retreats. I'll try your "spin" to the recipe. :thumbup:

Sounds like cream cheese frosting with pecans and choc. chips. What's not to like??!!!! Just skipped the cake, LOL!
