Don't use Splenda, you end up with 5 lbs of icing. Tastes good but you have to eat it with a spoon. LOL Mines in the frig.

Sounds delicious. Lately I can't get enough chocolate. What a great "girl thing" to happen, huh?

Is it true you are not suppose to make fudge when it is raining?

I meant differences in the oz/jar not the quality. i have bought a large jar and "eyeballed" half when i want to make two batches

But this is the recipe I have made this year, it is super easy and quick.

12oz. package chocolate chips, your choice of flavor
1 tub CREAMY, no whipped, frosting, to compliment chips
chopped nuts, if desired

Melt chips in microwave until almost melted, stir well. Fold in tub of frosting and nuts if desired.
Line an 8"x8" pan with wax paper, pour fudge in pan, cool, cut.

I made chocolate, added some mint chips but did not stir to melt completely.
Used white chips/frosting and added 1 cup peanut butter, again did not mix completely=swirled flavor/color
butterscotch chips/white frosting/walnuts
white or semi-sweet chips/chocolate frosting/walnuts
white chips/white frosting/crushed candy canes sprinkled in and on top
Can you tell me why the "no whipped" frosting?
