Default Two Ingredient Fudge!

This is the time of the year when you need a really simple recipe. Here it is!!!

One bag Chocolate Chips
One Can Chocolate Frosting.

In a microwave safe bowl (I use a 4 cup glass glass measuring cup) melt the the chocolate chips. (I melt mine at 30% power for about 5 minutes and there's no danger of burning the chocolate.) When the chocolate chips are melted stir in the frosting. Microwave on 30% power for 30 more seconds or until smooth. (If desired you can stir in a 1/2 cup chopped nuts.)

Line an 8" square pan with foil. Butter the foil to prevent sticking. (Or use Reynolds Non Stick Foil). Pour the chocolate mixture into the prepared pan. Chill the pan in the fridge till set (about a half an hour.)

When set, remove the foil from the pan and cut as desired. Enjoy

Note: This fudge was such a hit I decided to experiment with other flavors. White chocolate chips with white frosting was wonderful. I stirred in some broken peppermint candy for the holidays!
I am thinking about a Peanut Butter version. Maybe peanut butter chips with chocolate frosting or chocolate chips with peanut butter frosting.

Just be sure to not give anyone the recipe!!

Let them think how you slaved over a hot stove making it for them, and then just got it so right!

Sounds wonderful. Plus, use your pizza cutter to cut precise squares.
