    I made this years ago. Thank you for the recipe.

    To save a copy, you can highlight the recipe, go to 'file', then choose 'print'. When the print page shows up, chose 'selection'. That way you aren't printing all the posts, too. I just emailed it (from the thread tools) to myself and popped it into my 'recipe ' file in Yahoo mail.

    Very good. Thanks for sharing. I was thinking of putting a few chopped almonds in with the coconut. That would be good too.

    I made the cake for my Quilt-N-Chat luncheon yesterday and everyone loved it.The only thing I will change next time is I will use more batter for the coconut part and less for the choclate part.Where the tunnel is it is really moist.
