Default Cooking - new uses for old kitchen items

I found this site to have so many good ideas for using everyday items in the kitchen to do other jobs. One shows using a bundt pan as a turkey roaster to make the chicken skin nice and crisp. There are many more clever ideas with photos. http://www.realsimple.com/new-uses-f...int-index.html

I think covering a muffin pan with foil to avoid having to wash it is overkill, but some good info. Thank You.
