Default Cranberry Salsa

With Thanksgiving coming up I thought I would share my Cranberry Salsa recipe for those of you who may like a little spice to your relish.

CRANBERRY SALSA:

I CAN WHOLE BERRY CRANBERRY SAUCE

1 WHOLE JALAPENO, MINCED, SEEDS AND ALL

1/4 CUP CHOPPED CILANTRO

RED ONION, MINCED, ABOUT HALF OF A MED. ONION

1 TBLSP. LIME JUICE

MIX ALL TOGETHER AND ALLOW TO SET FOR AT LEAST 1 HOUR BEFORE SERVING.

EXCELLENT WITH ANY MEAT AND ESPCIALLY GOOD WITH TURKEY OR CHICKEN.

I'm going to admit I was skeptical when I read the title........but your recipe looks really good I think I'm going to try this as an addition to my regular cranberries. I bet it would be awesome on a tasted turkey sandwich with some melted brea

Is 1/4 cup chopped cilantro correct? My family thought it was way too much.
