Default Crisp-Crumble-Cobbler

Someone asked for my cobbler recipe so I am going to list the 3different toppings for fruit bottom in a 8ich square baking pan.
CRISP
1cup all-purpose flour, 2/3 cup packed brown sugar,1/2cup nuts(optional),1/3cup salted butter melted.
Mix together dry ingredients, drizzle with butter and stir until crumbly.
CRUMBLE
1cup rolled oats,1/2cup all-purpose flour,1/3cup packed brown sugar,1/3 cup chopped nuts,3tbsp. granulated sugar, pinch of salt and cinnamon, 1/3 cup chilled butter(diced).
Mix together dry ingredients, lightly work in the butter by pinching until crumbs that hold together are formed, with no loose flour.
COBBLER
1cup all-purpose flour,1/4 cup granulated sugar,1 tsp. baking powder,1/4 tsp. baking soda, 1/4 cup butter, diced, 3/4 cup buttermilk,1/2 tsp vanilla extract.
Mix together dry ingredients with pastry blender, cut in butter until crumbly. mix together buttermilk and vanilla and drizzle over the dry ingredients and stir with fork until soft sticky dough is formed.

FRUIT BOTTOM
6-7 cups sliced fruit, 3tbsp granulated sugar for CRISP or CRUMBLE or 1/3 cup granulated sugar for COBBLER, 1tbsp cornstarch or 2tbsp flour.
Mix fruit with sugar and cornstarch and place in a buttered 8 in square baking dish. Sprinkle with crisp or crumble topping. OR drop cobbler dough by spoonfuls over the fruit.

Crisp or crumble bake at 350 degrees until fruit is bubbling and topping is crisp about 45 to 60 minutes.
Cobbler bake at 400degree until fruit is bubbling and topping is a light golden brown about 35 to 40 minutes.

Sounds yummy, thank you for sharing. For those of you who like it, rhubarb also makes a very good fruit filling. Add a few drops of red food coloring.
