OMG, They all sound SOOOO good. I love oatmeal, but unfortunately I am a low carber. It is the only way I can lose and then maintain my weight . I only have starchy carbs a few times a year on special occasions.

I make a pot of steel cut oatmeal about once a week on the stove top and then refrigerate in a covered container. When I reheat a serving each morning, I add a tablespoon of natural peanut butter with a little milk or plain yogurt. I love the way it tastes and it seems to stick with me through the morning.
