Default Crock Pot Pumpkin Pie Pudding

Yummy recipe, just had to share .... Crock Pot Pumpkin Pie Pudding ... Mix all of this into a greased crock pot and cook on low for 3 hrs. - 1 can pumpkin; 1/2 cup Bisquick; 3/4 cup sugar; 2 tsp pumpkin pie spice; 12 ounce can evaporated milk; 2 beaten eggs or 6 egg whites; 1 tsp lemon zest.

Thank you sooooo much. I look forward to pumpkin everything this time of year. It is such comfort food. How many servings is this and what size can of pumpkin did you use?

OMG!!!!!!thank you!!! I made one change I used 1/4 brown sugar cup and 1/2 cup sugar instead of 3/4 cup sugar used coconut milk instead

Can you please tell me what sized can of pumpkin you used? How did yours turn out? Sounds way too yummy. I may sit down with the crock pot and a spoon all by myself.
