Ha! no water at all? interesting. i just did some in the microwave and am not fond of that either. Baking in the oven takes forever for some reason and they still don't come out well. i used to be able to bake a potato! I may try this.

I do the same with my sweet potatoes. They come out very mello and great! I do put a little water in the bottom of my pot as sometimes I put them on high as I want them to get done quicker!
