    my neighbor gave me this one(they are Mexican)
    ! lb.grated coconut 4 egg yolks 2cups sugar 1 cup molk 2 tbs.butter or marg,
    oven 350 mix sugar egg yolks milk butter & coconut together.Place in souffle dish bake til a light brown. It is very very good. 93 year old made it!!yummy!!

    It should be a fresh one but doesn't know why not might be sweeter!!!!
