    Melt 4 Snickers or Mars bars (other candy bars would work too) with 1/4 cup butter. Add 2 cups crispy rice cereal.
    Melt 1 small package chocolate chips with 1/4 cup butter.

    Spread rice mixture in 8" x 8" pan. Let cool a bit. Top with chocolate mixture. Cool to room temperature, if you put it in the fridge it gets too hard.

    when spreading the chocolate, make sure it is even divided between both hips.
