I just love recipes that are sooo easy, yummy and look like you spend hours or even days making them, when in fact..they are the simplest and quickest thing in the world...this is one of those..

In your crock pot (yes, your crock pot) layer the follwing in order:

1- 16 oz. can of salted peanuts
1- 16 oz. can of unsalted peanuts
16 oz. of chocolate chips-either semi-sweet or milk (I used milk)
1- 4 oz. box of German Bakers Brand Chocolate (the green wrapper)- (broken up)
2 packages of vanilla almond bark- broken up.

Cook on LOW for 3 hours. DO NOT LIFT LID WHILE COOKING. When melted, Lift lid, stir well, drop by spoonful onto wax paper. Let set, hide from family

    These are really good!! Enjoy!

Please stop bumping this to the top...I'm trying really hard to ignore this recipe. I've got very little will power left...in fact it's just about all gone. lol

Sandpat - do you think you could use cashews in place of the peanuts?

Beachlady, Yes, I think you could substitute any nuts. I couldn't find any unsalted, so I used 2 cans of salted nuts...I was amazed at how easy and how good. They are better than store bought.

Sorry auntluc..but I love to share chocolate..Merry Christmas!

Ok, I'm printing that out so I can make them when I get to HI. I need to find out if oldest has a crockpot. I'm pretty sure she does, but if she doesn't, guess what else I'm getting her for Christmas? lol
