I just made the most delicious pecan pie cups from using a mini muffin pan. They taste like an expensive pecan pie and this recipe is so easy to make.

Does anyone know if I can post a pampered chef recipe on this site? I will wait till I hear an answer.

That's the recipe I've been using for years and you're right, they are delicious. (I didn't know it was a Pampered Chef recipe!)

In future, I don't see why you couldn't post the recipe, just not say where it came from. You found the recipe, tried it and it's delicious. Would admin have a problem with that?

Timing is great! I was making pecan tassies for my son-in-law for his birthday this week! Now I have a new recipe to try. Thank you!
