I found raspberry choc. thin candy patties at the dollar store.. I will use slice and bake sugar cookie dough in rounds and sandwich a rasp. pattie in between two of them when they are warm out of the oven...Easy peasy... As Mama Barone says on Ev. Loves Ray.."Oh, cookies from a log..well that's almost like baking." It works for me...
