    Another favourite at Christmas here in the UK, again not many people make their own any more, it does take a long time to cook it, and the shops sell them so why bother? We didn’t make them in our house, everyone in my family finds them a bit too rich after you’ve had a full Roast Turkey and all the trimmings. But we did have bought ones a couple of times, and it is good fun to dim the lights and pour flaming brandy over it at the table!
