Default fabulous shrimp

Try this quick way to make fabulous shrimp.

Melt a stick of butter in the pan. Slice one lemon and layer it on top of the butter. Put down 1lb or so of fresh shrimp, then sprinkle dried Italian seasoning. Put in the oven and bake at 350 for 15 min. Best Shrimp you will EVER taste A little pasta, a little wine, a little salad and your done. Great for Mother's day.

Oh lands, I adore shrimp; had a tomato, curly-leafed lettuce, and shrimp salad for dinner last night with blueberry muffins. This one sounds so interesting, delish!!

It is great. I put lots of garlic on mine. Yum. My DH said it was 'almost' as good as scampi.

Sounds wonderful. I have a question. Are they shrimp in the shell or peeled? It's probably peeled but had to ask.

Thanks

Love your recipe and just happen to have a pound of fresh, frozen shrimp in the freezer. Well, now it is in the top rack of the dishwasher (empty) to thaw out of the reach of the cats. Can't wait to try this!
