Sounds terrific, however I'd have to toss some chocolate chips on top of that coconut.

I made this yesterday. It turned out very moist and tastes delicious. Better than a traditional brownie. I baked it it a 9 inch square pan. It did take a little longer (maybe a total of 55 minutes or so).
