I find it hard to believe that fruit has fat in it.

I am researching about fat in blueberries and this is what I have found

Q: I just finished eating a container of blueberries at my desk and I noticed the nutrition info on the top of the container, which said “calories from fat: 10.” Do blueberries have fat? I thought coconuts and avocadoes were the only fruits that contained fat.

A: According to Nutritiondata.com, one cup of blueberries contains a half a gram of fat. So a pint container would indeed contain about ten calories worth of fat. That’s not a lot of fat, by the way—only about 2% of the daily value. But if you’ve always thought of fruits and vegetables as being essentially fat-free, it might come as a surprise. In fact, most fruits provide trace amounts of fat. But fruits that contain edible seeds, such as berries, figs, bananas, and pomegranates are a bit higher in fat than fruits like apples or oranges, because we usually don’t eat those seeds. Even so, blueberry and banana seeds are pretty tiny and that’s why the fat content doesn’t add up to much.

Crafty, without a doubt, you are the best. I always find something I didn't know, something interesting, new or different in your posts. Thank you, lady!
