Garden's starting to produce their fruit?

Do you have a special recipe you would like to share with us??
We also grow herbs. I love to make pesto. Basil Pesto
2 lg handfuls of Basil Walnuts or pine nuts 1/4 c. 1/2 c. Parm. Cheese turn on blender and drizzle in 1/2 c. of EVOO.
great on pasta, chicken or fish.
Veg. Mash
2- zuchinni cut up in chunks 2-green tomaotes chunked
1-sweet onion chunked
pour EVOO over them and then Panko bread, some flour and S+P cook in an iron skillet till brown.
