Thanks Crafty Bear. I have a friend who has to eat gluten free and I'll be sure to pass this link on to her.

Thanks. My DS is gluten and dairy free. I had forgotten about this site. I haven't been there for awhile and there is lots of new stuff. :)

It's about time we tried some new recipes.

Thank you so much for this site.It has been hard to cook for my daughter since she got sick, and now is allergic to almost every thing. If anyone out there doesn't think a little (in her case quite a bit )mold will not hurt them, you should hear her story. This all happened at collage and we didnt know what was wrong with her, till we were watching the bacheler(can't spell)and a guy told his story They were almost the same!

This is the cake recipe I used for my son's 1st birthday party this weekend. I didn't use the frosting because my dad is diabetic and I needed to limit the sugar as much as possible. I plan to make it again this weekend and will use the frosting recipe too.

I love this gluten free site!
