    Golden Graham Snack Mix

    4 cups golden Grahams
    2 cups dry roasted peanuts
    1 cup craisins (dried cranberries)
    12 oz. white chocolate chips
    *1 1/2 TBSP oil (if melting chips in the micro wave. *Omit if melting on stove top.)

    Mix first three ingredients together in large bowl. Stir in melted white chocolate chips. Spread on waxed paper to cool, Store in closed container, if there is any left :o) Recipe can be doubled.

    I make a variation of this and we call it "Puppy Chow"

    It calls for Golden Grahams, Pecan halves, pretzels and golden raisins-melt a whole cake of white almond bark and stir until all is coated. YUMMY!!!
